Got the subframe back from sandblasting and priming in red oxide.

Front shot, I made a bare that attached so the subframe so I didn't have to use the jack, and wood-plank supports I did earlier.

After the paint had dried up it was time to get it back in the more normal position.

Masked up the subframe, which had gotten a lick of black paint since the last pics of it.
Then painted the engine compartment in the same white color as the underside.

Went to the car breaker to see if he possibly had some doors, hatch and bonnet for me.

I found a very nice red car, it really looked like it was 100% free of rust. I couldn't find rust anywhere on neither of the parts I got. Well pleased!

Mounted the brakesevo with mastercylinder, started to make up brakepipe to the rear brakes.
Also you can see the subframe got black paint by now :)
