The windscreen had a chip in it, so inevitably cracked when I took it out :-(

A bit of surface rust was found once the 'screen was out.

I think the interior will need a good clean when I'm finished!

With the welding done, I stripped the old cracked sealer out of the joint between the quarter panel and nearside sill.

A skim of filler was used to smooth things out after the welding.

Then those areas were primed up.

I made sure the sill seam was protected with primer before resealing
