Started modifyiung the end-flange of the exhaust manifold. The standard flange would get too close to the firewall, as the XU10 block is like 15mm taller than the XU9 which the manifold is made for.

1.3mm thick, 88mm bore so I had to grind it out a little to 88.5mm because my pistons sits 0.3mm over deck @TDC.
