The first run was together with an E30 BMW Turbo, which we won (video got corrupt though), and the 2nd run was against a Fiat Tipo Turbo, which we also won. Not that it matters in the qualifications tho’ :-).

1st round of 13 secs class race:
with air temp getting higher as the day progressed and me not having my laptop with me, I couldn’t remedy the overfueling issue, which even imposed a 6k RPM rev limit. Still, the car was fast enough to beat an Opel Corsa Turbo.

2nd round of 13 secs class race:
it was against the old 7-series BMW 3.5 Turbo bi-NOS that had stopped us in Belgrade. He ran into some difficultines near the finish line and managed to win only by a 1/10th of a second advantage...

The conclusion:
well, a little better reaction time off the start line would have seen us advance to the next round, but regardless the loss, the car managed an ET of 13.1xx secs and that was while massively overfueling and not revving as high as it should either.

Since that was about the best ET achieved without the rear turbo, we now know that the car will be pretty fast once the fueling is mapped properly, so all-in-all, we were sattisfied with the results.
